How do I go about closing my account on cloud9?
Much of the platform is available for free and in the spirit of learning and community we hope to keep it this way.
I see you signed up previously for one of our low price packages that enables additional computing power for backtesting and the ability to run live sessions.
I apologize that instructions on how to end the subscription weren't made visible enough. We will take a look at the site and look at how to improve that.
We haven't until now received any instruction from you, though have now ended your subscription and refunded all payments to you.
I'd be grateful for any other feedback you may have.
